Usage data: We collect information about your use of the App, including access times and functions used. Cookies or similar technologies may be employed to improve usability and analyze usage patterns.    Your personal data are processed for the following purposes: To provide you with access to the App and its core features. To personalize learning experiences and improve customer support. To ensure service security and meet legal obligations. To improve and further develop our services, including training specialized Language Learning Models (LLMs) using anonymized data only. 4. Third-Party Services and International Data Transfers

   Specific Third-Party Providers: We use trusted third-party service providers who adhere to high data-protection standards: OpenAI, Anthropic, MongoDB, Firebase, Vercel, Google Marketing Tools, and Beehive. All providers are contractually bound to comply with applicable data-protection regulations.

   International Transfers: Your data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA), particularly the United States. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards through EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions, guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to that within the EU.

   You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability under Articles 15–21 GDPR. You also have the right to object to the processing of anonymized data for model-training purposes. 6. Retention Periods

   Registration and account data: Stored for the duration of your use of the App and reviewed for deletion after 2 years of inactivity. Interaction and usage data: Stored as long as necessary to provide our services and deleted in accordance with legal requirements. User-generated content: Retained in identifiable form for the duration of your use of the App. Once anonymized, it may be stored indefinitely for research or model-training purposes unless you object.
   
   

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

   We will notify you of any material changes to this Policy at least 30 days in advance. You may choose to consent to the updated Policy or discontinue use of specific services if you do not agree.

Anonymization ensures that no conclusions can be drawn about individual users. Licensing occurs exclusively in anonymized form and serves to finance and enhance our services. You have the right to object to such use and licensing of your anonymized data. Our license partners are contractually bound to strict data-protection obligations.
   
   

10. Consent to Data Use and Licensing

    By using the App and creating content, you consent to the anonymization, use, and potential licensing of your data as described in this Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect. Withdrawal does not affect the legality of data processing carried out before the withdrawal.
